Group coaching offers a supportive, encouraging atmosphere while you are practicing new skills, working through the reality of challenges, and celebrating the successes.
Together we will host six sessions to discuss topics such as nutrition, exercise, rest, mind-body connection, personal or professional development, physical environment, and spirituality.
